How to make Masala Paratha
1. First of all, take flour according to the number of people for whom you want to make parathas.
2. Now put everything except the filling ingredients in this dough and knead it soft.
3. Keep this dough for 10-12 minutes to set well.
4. Now take a bowl and put the filling masala in it and mix it well.
5. After this, make a ball of flour and after applying ghee, put filling masala in it and fold it and roll it into a triangle and bake it with ghee.
6. Hot paratha is ready. Serve it with green chutney, pickle and curd.

1. First of all take the flour and add everything except the stuffing in it and knead it soft.

4. Now make a ball of flour, apply ghee to it and add paneer filling, fold it and roll it in the shape of a paratha.
