Ingredients
-1 tsp cornflour
-4 tsp oil
-1 tsp cumin
-1 cup grated cheese
-1 tsp green chili chopped
-a little cashew
-a pinch of cardamom powder
-few curry leaves
-1 cup cooked basmati rice
-1 cup ripe mango (sliced)
-some green coriander
-2 bay leaves
-2-3 cloves
-2 pieces cinnamon
-1 tsp rose water
-1 tsp kewra water
-1 tsp ginger paste
-1 tsp besan

Method
For koftas

Make balls by mixing paneer, mango pieces, cornflour, a pinch of gram flour, cashew nuts, and cardamom powder.

Make a thick batter by mixing some water in cornflour, gram flour, and salt.

Dip the balls in it and fry them in hot oil till they become golden.

Filter the koftas and keep them aside.

For Pulao
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, curry leaves, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, ginger paste, and salt, and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add green chilies and mix well.

Cook rice and green coriander together.

Sprinkle some rose water and kewra water.

Serve hot by placing koftas over rice.
