Kesar Jalebi Recipe: On hearing the name of Kesar Jalebi, sweetness is felt in the mouth. Delicious in taste, Kesar Jalebi is a perfect sweet dish for any special occasion.
Along with maida, gram flour and curd are also used to make Kesar Jalebi. Making jalebi is a bit of hard work, but when the delicious jalebi is served in front, the praise received from the eater gives a lot of happiness.

Ingredients for making Kesar Jalebi
Maida - half kg
Gram flour - 100 grams
Curd - 150 grams
Sugar - 3/4 kg
Saffron threads - 1/4 tsp
Pistachio Clipping - 2 tbsp
Ghee - for frying jalebi

How to make Kesar Jalebi
To make Kesar Jalebi, first, put all-purpose flour and gram flour in a vessel and mix it well. After this, add curd to this mixture and mix it properly with maida and gram flour. Now prepare a thick batter of jalebi by adding a little water. After this, keep this batter covered in a warm and safe place for 8-10 hours, so that the yeast rises well in this batter.

Now take a small bowl and put saffron in it, add 2-3 spoons of water and mix it well. After this, to make sugar syrup, take water in a vessel and add sugar to it and keep it heat on the gas on medium flame. Also, add saffron water to it. After some time the sugar will dissolve completely in the water and the saffron color will start rising in the syrup. After preparing syrup without wires, turn off the gas.

Take the yeast mixture of jalebi and beat it one more time. After this, fill it in cloth making jalebi or in a jalebi maker. After this, put ghee in a big pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee melts, with the help of a jalebi maker, keep making jalebis in a circular motion in the pan. After this, roast the jalebi from both sides till it becomes golden and crisp. It may take 8-10 minutes.
