Mint leaves - 25-30
Lemon - 4
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
Ice cubes – 5-6
Water - 4 glasses

How to make Mint-Lemon Sorbet
-To make desi cold drink mint and lemon syrup, first take mint and wash it thoroughly with clean water. After this, keep the mint aside in a bowl. After this, take a lemon and cut it into 2 pieces from the middle and remove its seeds and separate them and take out the lemon juice in a bowl. After this, grind the mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar and water in the mixer.

-In the mixer, grind this mixture so much that the mixture becomes fine. After this, filter the syrup and put equal quantity in four glasses. In this way your delicious lemon syrup is ready. Before serving, put one ice cube each in the lemon syrup. If you want, you can also add more ice cubes to the syrup. After this, put a little cumin powder in every glass and stir it with a spoon.
