No matter what the season, drinking soup has its fun. That's why we have brought you an easy way to make Garlic Tomato Soup. This healthy soup prevents seasonal diseases.

Ingredients
-6 tomatoes (chopped)
-3-4 garlic cloves (crushed)
-10 grams gelatin (dissolved in 1/4 cup lukewarm water)
2 bay leaves
-half tsp black pepper powder and mixed herb
-salt to taste
-2 tsp whipped curd
-few mint leaves

Method
Put chopped tomatoes, garlic, bay leaves, and black pepper powder in a pan and cook till it becomes soft.

Turn off the flame.

Cover the pan and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Take out bay leaves from it and grind them in a mixer and sieve them through a sieve.

In this mix, the mixed herb, salt, gelatin solution, and whipped curd mix well.

Pour into a soup bowl and serve garnished with mint leaves.
