Oats (gluten-free) – 2 cups
Almond milk - two and a half cups
Chopped spinach - 1 cup
Black pepper powder - 1 pinch (optional)
Salt – 1 pinch (optional)

How to make Spinach Oats Wrap
To make Gluten Free Spinach Oats, first of all, put oats in a utensil and add almond milk to it and keep it soaked for 1 hour. After the fixed time, put this mixture in a mixer jar and grind it until its paste becomes smooth. After this add chopped spinach to this paste and grind it to make a smooth paste.


Now put a nonstick pan/griddle on medium heat for heating. When the griddle becomes hot, take the prepared paste in a bowl and spread it in a circular motion by putting it in the center of the griddle. After this let it cook for some time. After that flip it over and cook it from the other side. Fry it till it becomes light golden from both sides. After this, take it off a plate and wrap it. Similarly, prepare spinach oats to wrap with all the paste.
