What is needed to make Hariyali Porridge?
-half cup oatmeal
-half cup moong dal washed or peeled
-half cup bowl of peas
-1 tsp desi ghee
-half cup chopped beans and carrots
-3-4 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
-salt to taste
-Chaat masala
-freshly ground black pepper

How to make Hariyali Porridge
To make Hariyali Dalia, first, wash the lentils and heat a pan by keeping it on the gas. Add a little desi ghee to it and after that add porridge and fry it lightly. Now put 2 glasses of water in it. After that add lentils to it. Add peas, carrots, beans, and green coriander leave to it.

Now add black pepper, salt, and chaat masala to it. You can also add finely chopped green chilies to it. Add half a cup of water to it. Now let 3-4 whistles come. Switch off the gas and let it cook in the steam. When the gas of the cooker goes out, then open the lid and serve the porridge.

You can also add onion, tomato, and a little red chili powder to it. Serve it with curd or chutney. You can also make it light and succulent.
