Ingredients
for covering
-1 cup flour
-1-1 tbsp oil (for moyan) and butter
-pinch of salt, oil for frying

For stuffing
-3 tbsp besan
-1-1 tbsp Roasted White Sesame
-Lemon juice
-Sugar powder and coconut (grated)
-pinch clove powder
-a pinch of cardamom powder
-1-1 tsp oil, fennel powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder
-2 tbsp roasted and coarsely ground peanut powder
-salt to taste

Method
Knead the flour by adding salt, moyan oil, butter, and water as required.

Keep covered for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry till the aroma of gram flour comes out.

Mix all the remaining ingredients and fry for 1-2 minutes.

If the mixture seems dry, add 1 tsp oil.

Take care not to mix water.

Fill 1 tbsp mixture by taking a dough of kneaded flour and sealing it well and give the shape of kachori.

Fry these kachoris in hot oil till golden brown.

Serve with green chutney and sweet chutney.
