-Garlic - 250 grams

-Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
-Fennel - 1 tsp
-Red chili powder - 1 tsp

-Asafoetida - 3-4 pinch
-Lemon - 1/2
-Oil - 250 grams
-Salt - as per taste

To make a garlic pickle, first, separate the buds from the garlic knot. After this, put them in water for a while so that the peels can easily come out. After this, take out the garlic buds in a bowl and keep them. Now grind fenugreek seeds, fennel, and mustard seeds in a mixer jar and make powder.

Now put oil in the pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put the garlic buds in it and fry it for some time. After this, add red chili powder, turmeric, and asafetida to the garlic and mix it well with the help of a ladle. After this, add the prepared powder of fenugreek, mustard, and fennel and mix. Now add salt as per taste and mix and cook for 4-5 minutes.
