Egg Pratha: Egg is a great source of protein. Eating it gives energy. Many diseases can be cured. Eggs contain antioxidants which help in maintaining health. They are also very beneficial for the eyes. Eggs are rich in B vitamins, which reduce inflammation and help our body function smoothly. Apart from this, it is also good for the brain. Memory is good by eating eggs. So overall it is clear that eat eggs for good health..but if you are bored of eating eggs in the same way then you can make paratha of eggs..it also looks tasty. Ingredients: 
2 cups flour
A pinch of salt
one tablespoon oil
three eggs
½ cup chopped onion
1 green chilli finely chopped
salt to taste
oil for frying
chilli powder as per taste
2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped

Method of Method:
First of all, to knead the dough, put flour in a mixing bowl, and add oil and salt.
Mix everything well. Knead a soft dough of this mixture with lukewarm water, after that keep the dough for some time to settle.
Now make dough of flour. And roll it by wrapping it in dry flour and then folding it to make a square, roll another paratha like this to add it.
To make stuffing, after breaking the egg, add chopped onion, green chilli, green coriander, red chilli powder and salt, mix it well and keep it.
Put the rolled paratha on a hot griddle, and let it cook on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes, when the paratha starts puffing up, turn off the gas.
Make a small cut on the side where the paratha has been added, the paratha will open and pour the egg mixture into the centre of the paratha.
To cook the paratha, light the gas once again and let it cook on low flame so that the egg mixture gets cooked completely from the inside.
Now apply ghee or oil, flip the paratha and cook till it changes colour from both sides.
Cook the paratha on high flame till it puffs up and becomes crisp and brown. Keep in mind that the paratha should not be burnt
