If you want to eat some tasty snacks with tea during fasting, then let's try Farali Aloo Lachha. Make it once and keep it, you can eat it comfortably for 3-4 days.

Ingredients
-5 potatoes, 1 cup of peanuts
-Rock salt and black pepper powder as per taste
-few curry leaves
-oil for frying

Method
Peel the potatoes and grate them.

Wash it thoroughly in water and squeeze it.

Spread potato slices on a cotton cloth, so that the excess water dries up.

Heat oil in a pan, fry peanuts on low flame, and take them out on a plate.

Fry curry leaves in the remaining oil and takes them out.

Crush it when it cools down. Fry the potato slices on high flame till they turn golden brown and take them out.

Toss together all the ingredients in a bowl.

Serve with tea.
