How to make Dry Fruits Rabri
To make Dry Fruits Rabri, first put desi ghee in a pan or wok and heat it. After this, add chopped almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, and makhana and roast it lightly. Now set aside 1-2 spoons of dry fruits from it and after mixing walnuts with the rest, grind them in a mixer. Grind the powder coarsely. Now pour milk into a pan and cook it on medium flame. When the milk comes to a boil, reduce the flame. Cook the milk while stirring continuously. When the milk becomes thick, add sugar or boora and mix it well.

If sugar melts well in milk, then add roasted dry fruit powder and chironji to the milk and mix. Add saffron and cardamom powder to it and mix. Now let the milk thicken further on low flame. If the texture of milk starts looking like rabri, then turn off the gas.

Decorate the roasted dry fruits that you had kept on the side. Garnish with rose petals and saffron. Keep it to cool down and distribute the prasad after offering it.
