-Poha - 1 cup
-Moong Sprouts - 3 tbsp
-Almonds - 8-10
-Makhane - 2 tbsp
-Raisins - 1 tbsp
-Boiled peas - 2 tbsp
-Onion small - 1
-Cumin - 1 tsp
-garam masala - 1 tsp
-Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
-Asafoetida - 1 pinch
-Sugar - 1 tsp
-Ghee - 1 tbsp
-Salt - as per taste

How to make Dry Fruits Poha

  • To make dry fruit poha, first, take the poha and clean them. After this wash, the poha with water at least 2 times and keep them in a sieve for some time so that the poha can become soft. After this, finely chop the onion and keep it aside in a bowl. Now put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee becomes hot and melts, then first put makhana and almonds in it alternately and fry till it becomes golden. After that keep them aside in bowls.
  • After adding all the ingredients, mix garam masala on top of the poha and cover the pan and cook the poha for 3-4 minutes.
