How to make Dry Fruits Laddu
To make delicious dry fruits, first of all, take dates and remove their seeds. After this cut small pieces of dry fruits (cashew nuts, almonds, and pistachios). Now put dates in a mixer and grind them 4-5 times. Keep in mind that the dates have to be ground till they become coarse. After this, take out the date powder in a vessel and keep it aside.

Now put 1 teaspoon of desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee melts, add chopped dry fruits, cashews, almonds, pistachios, and raisins and fry them. Fry them on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes. When the color of dry fruits starts changing, add coarsely ground dates to them and mix well with the help of a ladle. After this, add cardamom powder to the mixture and mix. Fry them till the dates start leaving oil.

When the dates start releasing oil, turn off the gas and take out the mixture on a plate and let it cool down for some time. When the mixture remains slightly warm, grease both your palms with ghee and take the mixture in your hands and tie laddus. Take out the laddoos on a plate and keep them aside. Similarly, prepare the laddoos of all the mixture and keep it for a while to set. Now tasty and healthy dry fruit laddus are ready for Bhai Dooj.
