12-15 green chilies
a quarter teaspoon of cumin
a quarter teaspoon of mustard
1 pinch asafoetida
coriander powder
half a teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
salt
2 tsp oil

How to make Yogurt Mirchi
To make curd chili, first of all, take 12-15 green chilies and wash them well. After this, break the stalks of all the chilies and make an incision in the middle of the chilies. After this take a pan and put oil in it. Now add mustard seeds, cumin, and asafoetida to it. Add green chilies to it.

Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt and mix it. Now turn off the gas flame. Now add 4 spoons of curd and mix it. Turn on the gas and cook it while stirring it for 2-3 minutes.

Serve it with roti or paratha. You can also eat it with pulao or rice. It tastes great with ajwain puri too.
