Ingredients for making Dahi Samosa Chaat
Maida - 1 cup
Boiled potatoes - 3-4
Peas - 1/2 cup
Curd - 4 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Tamarind chutney - 1 tbsp
Mint Chutney - 1 tbsp
Green chilies chopped - 2-3
Coriander leaves chopped - 1/2 cup
Black salt - 2 pinch
Sev – 1/4 cup
Oil - for frying
Salt - as per taste


How to make Curd Samosa Chaat
To begin making Dahi Samosa Chaat, first we will prepare Crispy Samosa. For this, first boil the potatoes. After this, put all purpose flour in a vessel, add carom seeds, 1 tsp oil and salt and mix it. Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough. Now cover the dough with a cloth and keep it aside for 15 minutes. After this, take a mixing bowl and put the peels of boiled potatoes in it and mash them. After this, add crushed peas, finely chopped green chilies, garam masala, chaat masala, red chili powder, green coriander leaves to the potatoes and mix them all well.
Now take all purpose flour and make small balls out of it. Now take a dough and roll it thin. Now cut it from the middle and take a piece and give it the shape of a cone and fill the prepared potato stuffing in it. After this, close it by pressing and give the shape of samosa. Make it and keep it aside in a plate. Similarly prepare samosas of all the stuffing one by one.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add samosas to it and deep fry them. After the samosas are golden from both the sides, take them out in a separate plate. Similarly fry all the samosas. Now place samosa in a plate and crush it and add curd, chutney, pinch of black salt and plain salt in it. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and sev.
