Cucumber grate - 1
Curd - 1 cup
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped - 1 tbsp
salt - as per taste


Method of Making: 
-To make cucumber raita, first take the cucumber and grate it. After this take a small wok and keep it to heat on low flame. When the pan becomes hot, add cumin seeds and fry it. When cumin becomes light brown, turn off the gas and take out cumin in a bowl and keep it to cool down. After this, grind cumin coarsely. Now take another bowl and put curd in it. After that beat the curd well.

-After whipping curd, add grated cucumber, coarsely ground cumin and mix it well with the help of a spoon. After this, mix red chili powder and salt according to taste and stir it with a spoon.
