Paneer grated - 1/2 kg
Onion finely chopped - 1
Semolina - 1/2 cup
Maida - 4 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Amchur - 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Oil
Salt - as per taste

How to make Crispy Paneer Balls
-To make Crispy Paneer Balls, first take the paneer and grate it. Now put it in a big bowl. Add 4 spoons of all purpose flour to the paneer and mix both the ingredients well. After this, add finely chopped onion, amchur, ginger-garlic paste to this mixture and mix it well. After this, add red chili powder and salt as per taste and mix it well by mashing it with hands.

-After the paneer mixture is ready, take it in your hands and prepare its balls and keep them aside in a plate. Make paneer balls of all the mixture one by one. After this, put oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat it. When the oil becomes hot, take the paneer balls and wrap them well in semolina and put them in the pan for deep frying.
