Ingredients for making Corn Poha
Boiled Corn - 1/2 cup
Poha - 2 cups
Onion - 1
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Rai - 1 tsp
Green chili - 2
Green coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - as per taste

For decoration
Tomato finely chopped - 1
Onion finely chopped - 1/2
Sev – 1/4 cup

How to make Corn Poha
If you want to make corn poha for breakfast, then first clean the poha and wash it and filter it. After this keep the poha aside. After this, finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and green coriander leaves. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds and let it crackle. After this add finely chopped onion and green chili and fry it till the onion becomes soft and light brown.

When the onion becomes soft, then add boiled sweet corn (maize) to it and fry for 1-2 minutes while stirring. After roasting the corn, add soaked poha to it, mix it well and cook for 2 minutes while stirring. After this, add turmeric, sugar, lemon, green coriander leaves, and salt to taste and mix it well with the help of a ladle. After cooking for some time, switch off the gas. Now put corn poha in a serving bowl and garnish with finely chopped tomatoes, onions, and sev.
