It has also been revealed in the study that if 145 grams of pasta is eaten, then 7.7 grams of protein is obtained. It is a macronutrient, which makes you feel full for a long time. This helps in reducing weight. In addition, gluten-free pasta contains slightly less protein.


Know the right way to cook
Take pasta prepared from whole grains. Now boil it and filter it in a strainer.
Now heat a pan and add a few drops of olive oil. If you want, you can also use mustard oil.
Add finely chopped onions, beans, capsicum, peas, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and green chillies to it. Add half a tablespoon of turmeric and salt as per taste.
