Know the right way to cook
Take pasta prepared from whole grains. Now boil it and filter it in a strainer.
Now heat a pan and add a few drops of olive oil. If you want, you can also use mustard oil.
Add finely chopped onions, beans, capsicum, peas, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and green chillies to it. Add half a tablespoon of turmeric and salt as per taste.
When all the vegetables are cooked well, add the boiled pasta. Now add tomato sauce and mayonnaise or cheese and turn off the flame.
