500 grams paneer
2 tsp soy sauce
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp salt (as per taste)
2 red capsicum
250 grams onion
1 tsp ginger powder
50 grams green chili
2 tsp schezwan sauce
4 tsp ginger
4 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp corn flour
2 tsp vinegar
1 cup refined oil
2 tsp green chilli chutney
2 yellow bell peppers
2 tablespoons butter

Easy recipe to make chili paneer
1. To prepare this delicious dish, first take a chopping board. Then cut the paneer, onion and capsicum into small cubes. Wash the chopped capsicum in water and keep it aside. Now peel the ginger and chop it finely in a small bowl. Then cut green chilies.
2. After this put paneer in a small bowl. Add cornflour, salt, ginger powder, vinegar and chili paste to it. Marinate for 10-15 minutes. After this, place a wok on medium heat and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, put the pieces of paneer in it and fry till it becomes golden.
3. Now put a wok on medium flame and put some oil in it. Add garlic paste, chopped ginger and chopped green chilies to it and fry. Add chopped capsicum to it, fry for a minute and then add onions. After this add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, green chili sauce and soy sauce.
4. After this add melted butter in it. Cook for two to three minutes while stirring well. Finally, add fried paneer cubes to this mixture and mix well.
5. If you want to make more gravy, then add some extra water and let the sauce thicken. Now garnish with green onions and serve hot.
