Ingredients for Cheese Dosa
200 grams paneer
2 tsp fenugreek seeds
6 chopped green chilies
4 cups rice
1 cup refined oil
1 handful of green coriander
2 chopped onions
2 cups urad dal
1 teaspoon salt (as per taste)

Easy way to make Cheese Dosa
1. First of all take 4 cups of rice and 2 cups of urad dal. Soak them in separate water for 5-6 hours. Apart from this, soak 2 spoons of fenugreek for about 15 minutes. When all the things are soaked well, then add fenugreek seeds, rice, and lentils to the mixer. Then grind them and make a paste.

2. After this, add salt to the prepared paste. Keep this paste covered for about 7-8 hours. Then you will see that you will get ready by making dosa masala. In this way, half the work will be done.

3. Now take a griddle and keep it on medium flame. Put some oil in it and heat it. When the tawa is hot, pour the batter prepared for the dosa on it. Then spread it in a circular shape. For this, you can take the help of any vessel.

4. Then sprinkle oil on its edges and let it cook for some time. Now add grated paneer, chopped onion, and coriander to it. You can add green chilies to make it spicier.

5. When it is cooked well, then roll it and take it off the pan and keep it on a plate. In this way your cheese dosa is ready. You can serve it hot with chutney or sambar.
