Sprouts Dosa Recipe: If you are worried about the healthy diet of your children, then you can feed them by making Sprouts Dosa. While children will eat it with great fervor, it will be excellent for them in terms of nutrition as well. Let's know the easy way to make Sprouts Dosa.
Ingredients to make Sprouts Dosa
Moong beans - 1 cup
Ginger - 1-inch piece
Green chili - 2-3
Green coriander - 1 bunch
Cumin - 1 tsp
oil - as needed
salt - as per taste

To make sprouts dosa full of taste and nutrition, first, take a cup of moong beans and after cleaning them, soak them in water overnight. After this, tie it to a cloth to germinate. If you want, you can also use sprouted moong from the market. Now put the sprouted moong in the mixer jar. Add green coriander, ginger, green chili, cumin, and half a cup of water to it and grind it to make a smooth paste. After this take out the paste in a big mixing bowl.
Now add salt as per taste to this moong paste and mix. After this, take a nonstick pan/griddle and keep it on a medium flame for heating. When the griddle becomes hot, take the dosa batter in a bowl and pour it into the center of the griddle, and spread it till it becomes as thin as possible. After this, sprinkle some oil on top of the dosa. And roast it till it becomes golden and crispy from both sides. After this fold it and take it out on a plate.
Similarly, prepare sprouts dosa from all the dosa batter one by one. Sprouts dosa full of taste and nutrition are ready. It can be served with coconut chutney or sambar.
