Ingredients for making Bread Dhokla-
4 bread slices
1/4 tsp red chili powder
2 medium green chilies
3 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp dried mango powder
1 handful green coriander
1 handful curry leaves
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup curd
1/4 tsp mustard
salt to taste
Bread Dhokla Recipe
  • Put oil in a vessel and when it is hot, add mustard seeds and when it starts crackling, add curry leaves, asafoetida, sesame seeds and 1 cup water.
  • After this add 2 teaspoons sugar, salt and green chilies.
  • In the next step boil the water.
  • After the water comes to a boil, let it boil for 2 more minutes.
  • When the water is cooling down, take 2 slices of bread and cut it into 9 parts. Put sandwich chutney inside.
  • Then, using a ladle or soup spatula, pour the prepared liquid over the bread.
