Bitter gourd - 250 grams
Green chili - 2-3
Lemon - 1
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Plain salt - as per taste
How to make Bitter gourd Chutney
- To make chutney rich in bitter gourd, first of all take bitter gourds and wash them in water and clean them. After this, wipe the bitter gourd with a clean and cotton cloth and cut its top and bottom stalks and separate them.
- After this, take off the coarse peels of bitter gourd with the help of a sieve. You can also use a knife to remove the peel. Now wash the peels once again with clean water and soak them in salt water for 15-20 minutes.
- After the stipulated time, take out the bitter gourd peels from the water and grind them.
- Instead of a mixer, if you grind bitter gourd peels on the cob, then the taste of the chutney will be even better.
- While grinding the peels, chop green chilies and mix them. So that it can also grind well with bitter gourd.
