According to research done by Click2Pharmacy, more than one-third of people have faced pimples at some point in their life. Aesthetic doctor David Jack says that acne is the most common skin problem seen in adulthood. Explaining the condition of inflammation in the skin, he said that often its reason is not clear, but in some people, such reasons can be identified, due to which the condition of acne worsens. They say that acne blocks are associated with skin colonization of bacteria called P. acnes or C. acnes in the glands, which causes inflammation, blackheads and whiteheads.

Using dairy products is dangerous
In women, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), smoking, stress, family history and skincare products are known to cause acne. Dr David explains that this problem can also arise because of the relationship between gut health and inflammation and acne. Apart from this, even if you use dairy products excessively, pimples can bother you. They say that antioxidant-rich foods include brightly coloured fruits and vegetables, pulses, green leaves and some healthy teas. These can help reduce inflammation of the skin and reduce the risk of acne.

David Jack says that I generally advise people to avoid sugar and processed foods. Apart from this, they also recommend avoiding foods that are fried and grilled. Because they are high in reactive molecules and advanced glycation end products (AGEs). That's why cooking techniques like steaming are considered better.

Too much stress is also a reason
Sometimes excessive stress is also responsible for the problem of acne. Adult acne has been linked to increased stress levels. Therefore, supplements such as adaptogens and nootropics can help balance stress levels. These supplements can be obtained from good healthcare stores. It may include adaptogens like Ashwagandha and Ginseng, which will keep the body stress and tension free.

Apart from this, you can also manage your screen routine. Some products and ingredients give better results and help reduce acne. Dr David recommends looking for a cleanser that contains benzoyl peroxide.
