For this, first, you go to the official website of Aadhaar https://resident.uidai.gov.in/ on your web browser. After this, click on the My Aadhaar menu at the top. Now go to the Aadhaar Services section and click on Lock/Unlock Biometrics option. Here click on the checkbox and then select the Lock/Unlock Biometrics option.

After that enter your 12-digit Aadhar number and then captcha code and click on send OTP option. After receiving OTP, tap on Enter OTP option, type OTP, and click on submit button. Now click on Enable button on the following screen. Once your Aadhaar biometrics is locked, you will get a message on your screen saying that your Aadhaar number has been successfully locked. How to unlock aadhar biometric details online
For this, go to the official website of Aadhaar on your web browser and then click on the My Aadhaar menu at the top and then click on the Lock / Unlock Biometrics option of the Aadhaar service section. Here click on the checkbox on the screen and then select the Lock/Unlock Biometrics option.

Here enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and then click on the captcha code and send the OTP option. Once you have received the OTP, tap on the Enter OTP option, type the OTP and submit it. After that click on Disable button on the screen. Now your Aadhaar will be permanently unlocked.
